Discovery Education and Education Service Center Region XI, on behalf of all Texas ESCs, are proud to present Extreme Weather, an exclusive Virtual Field Trip for Texas elementary and middle school students. Join Reed Timmer, Discovery Channel's Lead Storm Chaser and Meteorologist, as he takes your students on a whirlwind tour of the National Weather Center to investigate whether at its most extreme. Lesson plans and activities, aligned to TEKS, will be provided to teachers who register for this event. Registered classes will be entered to win a Tech Fit Classroom Pack, a full suite of interactive classroom technology designed for today's learners, and a whole-school VIP Screening with engaging programming, movie snacks, and giveaways.

2. Your district must be a member of the Discovery Education Streaming Consortium (click here for more information)
